We have been busy implementing changes to the workshop to keep you and ourselves safe as we re-open. Please adhere to the below guidelines.
Our hours have been reduced to give us extra time to clean the workshop. We open ar 9.30am-12.30pm and then reopen at 2pm-5pm Monday to Friday. Saturday mornings 9.30am-12.30pm
Due to the size of the workshop we are operating a system of one customer in at a time, which can include a child if they require equipment.
We have installed an outside handbasin by the door to the workshop, please ensure your hands are thoroughly washed before entering.
Please maintain 2m social distancing whilst queuing outside, and when talking to staff.
We would ask you to only touch items which you are hoping to purchase, any items which are handled and not required must be quarantined for 72hours before going back on the shelf. This enables you to try on gloves and pads.
We have installed perspex screens around the till area, if you are to pay with contactless or card then we would appreciate this.
Bat repairs coming in will require a form filling out with details of the repair, your name, email address and mobile phone number, you can write this out beforehand if you rather. The bat or bats will be placed in a bag and sealed for 3 days before any repair work is carried out. Once finished the bat will have a further 3 days in quarantine before it can be collected in line with government guidelines.
Please contact us by phone or email to let us know which day you will collect your bat repair(s) so we can have them ready.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 such as a temperature, cough or lack of sense of smell then please do not travel to the workshop, stay home.
