We have made big changes to the workshop to keep our customers safe. Restrictions have been lifted however as the workshop is a small space and we are a small team we need to remain vigilant to stay open, therefore we ask all shoppers over 11 years old to please continue wear a face mask.
Although there is no legal requirement to wear a face covering, our staff will still continue to wear them and we ask all our customers to continue wearing a face covering when entering the workshop as it is a small space.
We have reduced our opening hours to give us extra time to clean the workshop. We will open at 9.30am-12.30pm and then reopen at 2pm --5pm Monday to Friday. Saturday mornings we are open 9.30am-to 12.30pm
We have installed an outside handbasin by the door to the workshop, please ensure your hands are thoroughly washed before entering the workshop.
We have installed perspex screens and take contactless card payments up to £100
Bat repairs coming in will require a form filling out with details of the repair, your name, email address and mobile phone number, you can write this out beforehand if you rather.
Bat repairs will be ready on Saturdays to collect, they usually take 2 to 3 weeks to be repaired.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 such as a temperature, cough or lack of sense of smell then please do not travel to the workshop, stay home.
