We aim to dispatch your goods the day after we receive the order, they are carefully packaged and sent NEXT DAY WORKING DELIVERY with our courier, so it should take 2-3days for your order to arrive. 

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and can be delivered to a business address, orders sent out on Friday will arrive on a Monday. Orders need to be sent to an address where they can be signed for as most parcels are considered valuable.   

For custom cricket bats it may take longer for us to find the right cleft for you and handcraft it into the perfect bat, we will contact you to arrange a convenient day for delivery.  

Please note that customised orders cannot be returned.

We ship to the EU, Australia, India, Canada, West Indies and many more cricketing nations around the world. Please email us and we will quote for shipping, outside of the EU customers can claim back the VAT on products.
