By continuing to use our Website you are agreeing to the terms set out below. If you are under 18 years of age, you should ask your parents to check these terms before proceeding any further. These terms and conditions, apply to the usage of the Website and all transactions for the sale of goods on the Website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on the Website.
1. Provision of Website Service
The Website is owned and operated by Warsop-Stebbing (Company number 333459), ('Warsop-Stebbing') whose registered office is at Crossfields House Farm, The Common East Hanningfield, Chelmsford, Essex CM3 8AH ; place of registration - England. VAT number - 102769480. All products offered for sale on this website are offered by Warsop-Stebbing. Which will be the contracting party for any order that you place.
2. Limited Rights to Use Content
All material including any intellectual property in it displayed on the Site ("Content") belongs to Warsop-Stebbing or its suppliers. Subject to section 2.2, we give you the right, for your own personal or non-commercial purposes only to:
· Retrieve and display the Content on your PC screen.
· Print individual pages on paper.
· Store individual pages in electronic form on disk/CD.
You do not have the right to store any Content on any server or other storage device connected to an external network. Or make any other use of the Content.
2.2 Most of the Content is owned by Warsop-Stebbing but certain Content is used with the permission of third parties ("Third Party Content") and may be subject to additional restrictions. You must comply with such restrictions and/or copyrights.
2.3 You may not, without prior written permission from Warsop-Stebbing given within the previous 6 months:
· Redistribute any of the Content or supply it to other people.
· Remove the copyright or trade mark notices from any copies of Content made under this Agreement.
· Create a database in any form (including electronic or structured manual form) by downloading, copying and storing all or any of the Content.
· Except as expressly set in this Agreement, modify, reproduce or in any way use any of the Content.
3. Participation
3.1 Warsop-Stebbing allows you to submit material to certain areas of the Website. Warsop-Stebbing reserves the right to delete, move and edit any material submitted. You are solely responsible for the material you submit to the Website and by submitting any material you agree that you will not submit any material that:
· Advertises or promotes any goods or services deemed to be in competition with Warsop-Stebbing
· Reveals any confidential or sensitive information.
· Contains or links to any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, indecent or otherwise illegal material.
· Contains any material which you do not have permission to use (including material which may be protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights or any other form of intellectual property right).
· Contains viruses or any other components with harmful or contaminating properties which may affect the Website or any equipment connected to it.
· Disguises your identity or impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Modelzone employee, or falsely claims or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.
3.2 Warsop-Stebbing welcomes your comments, suggestions, ideas and other material you provide or send directly to us. By submitting material to the Website, you grant Warsop a perpetual royalty free, non-exclusive licence to reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute and sub-licence any material you submit in whole or in part or in any form. You agree that you waive any moral rights you have in the material.
3.3 The Website contains material and content submitted by persons ("Users") over whom Warsop-Stebbing has no control. Warsop-Stebbing cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any such material. Some Users may breach these terms and post material that is misleading, untrue or offensive - you must bear all risks associated with and resulting from your viewing of such material.
3.4 Copyright of any software that is made available for download for the participation in the Website ("Software") belongs to Warsop-Stebbing, its suppliers or Third Parties. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of any licence agreement that may accompany or be included with the Software. Certain pages on the Website may also be subject to additional terms of use that will be made available clearly by hyperlink - you must comply with all such terms.
4. Online Shopping – Terms and Condition of Sale of www.handmadebats.co.uk
4.1 Product Details, Prices and Promotions
We take great care to present the products on our website as accurately as possible.
The prices for goods displayed for sale on the Website are as set out on the Website and are inclusive of VAT. Where additional charges are made for delivery, they are clearly displayed. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective for the countries and
regions we deliver to. We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those on the Website. Similarly, Warsop-Stebbing Factory Shop is under no obligation to honour any price or promotion offered on this Website, should they differ from those in-store.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing and delivery information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, products and specifications of products on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time. We will not be liable to you or to anyone else for withdrawing goods from the website.
The images you see depend on your monitor’s display and colour capability and may vary as a result. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the pictures of the products you see are an accurate representation of the actual items.
4.2 Ordering
Before placing an order you should read these terms and conditions of sale (Section 4) and in particular, the following:

· Cancellation and Returns Policy.
All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or anyone else in those circumstances. After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. Warsop-Stebbing cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Once you have completed an online purchase, if we are able to accept your order, we will send you an email confirming that the goods ordered have been dispatched to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or that you have cancelled it in accordance with our returns policy. At this stage payment will be taken and a binding contract between us will exist. In certain circumstances, (section 4.1, 4.4 and 4.5), it will be possible for either you or us to cancel the order. Please read those sections for more information.
Whilst we are under no obligation to accept your order, we would normally do so where:
· The product is available.
· The order reflects current pricing.
· Your credit/debit card is approved by your credit/debit card company.
You can access details of your order and any previous orders by logging in to your account once you have registered.
Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by email which will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive this email, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
4.2.1 Bulky, Heavy and/or Oversized items
Although a standard delivery charge is indicated in the checkout process (£11.00), certain items sold on www.handmadebats.co.uk may be subject to an additional delivery charge. This will be due to their weight, bulk and/or size. For example our platinum bag costs £15.00 to ship. In this event you will be contacted regarding the total delivery charge and be given the option to amend your order should you wish to do so.
4.2.3 Payments
Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards with the exception of American Express. Payment will be debited from your account when your order is placed.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
All card payments are processed by Payment sence are 100% secure.
4.2.4 Availability
If for some reason items are not available we will contact you to find a suitable replacement, advise a lead time or offer a refund.

4.4 Cricket Bat Warranty
We offer a free of charge repair for bats in the first 12 months since date of purchase, please note bats must be well cared for and maintained, the warranty will be invalidated in (but not limited to) the following reasons; if the bats is used after damage has occurred, if the bat is lent out to other players or it is stored inside where there is central heating which will dry it out and make it brittle. The repair is free but this does not cover, new stickers, new grips, new anti-scuff or postage. After the 12 months from date of purchase we can repair the bat but it will be subject to a charge, listed on our bat repair page.
4.5 Online Shopping Cancellation and Returns Policy
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you purchase an item from www.handmadebats.co.uk. If you are unhappy with an item, please return it to us within 28 days of the date on the invoice note that accompanies your order. Please ensure that you have taken reasonable care of it, the product is in an unused state (not oiled, not knocked in), it is complete with original packaging and it has all of its original components then we will issue a refund of the item but not the postage. Refunds will not be issued until the item is returned and checked.
Please note; personlised items cannot be returned, this includes but is not limited to name transfers, customised embroidered and printed clothing unless the item is faulty.
